Information we use

Google sign-in provides your Google account identifier, name and verified email address. We store sessions, credit balances, orders, uploaded photos and generated films to operate the service. We do not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail, Drive or contacts.

Processing and service providers

Cloudflare hosts our site, database and private media storage. Google provides sign-in. Waffo processes checkout and payments when purchasing is enabled. Kie.ai and its underlying video model providers process your submitted photos and the fixed story prompt to generate your film. Processing may occur outside your country. We do not use your photos to train our own model, and cannot promise the independent retention or training practices of third-party providers.

Private delivery and review

Uploaded photos and films are not placed in a public gallery. Authorized operators review inputs and outputs to enforce our Acceptable Use Policy and deliver the service. Model providers receive time-limited photo links. Account-protected downloads are available for 72 hours after approval.

Retention

Uploaded photos are removed from our storage within seven days. Approved films are removed after the 72-hour download window, with scheduled cleanup normally running every five minutes. Rejected or failed output files are removed after one day. Deleting a completed film removes our stored output immediately. Account and transaction records are kept while needed for the service, disputes, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Deletion from our systems does not automatically delete copies processed by independent providers.

Cookies and your choices

We use essential secure cookies for sign-in and session security, and browser storage to recover interrupted checkout or submissions. We do not currently use advertising trackers. Contact contact@zombie-couple.org from your account email to request access, correction or deletion, report unauthorized photos, or ask about data processing. Some transaction records may need to be retained.

Adults only

The service is for adults 18 and older. Do not upload children’s photos. Contact us promptly if you believe a child’s information was submitted.
