Terms of Service

The service

Zombie Couple, available at zombie-couple.org, turns two adult reference photos into a fixed AI-generated zombie love story. Choose a 10-second classic or a 15-second story with a memory. We are an independent service, not endorsed by Google, ByteDance or the model providers. Contact: contact@zombie-couple.org.

Your permissions

You must be at least 18, and both depicted people must be adults. You must own or have permission to use both photographs and obtain both people’s permission for AI transformation and the depicted fictional interaction. You retain your rights in the uploads and grant us and our processors permission to use them only to operate, review and deliver your request.

AI limitations

Generated faces, clothing, motion, story details and audio can vary. Examples are actual outputs using fictional adult characters, not guarantees. We request music and ambience without dialogue; model artifacts can occur. No exact likeness or identical scene is promised. All requests and outputs are subject to review.

Purchases and credits

Purchases are one-time credit packs in USD with no subscription or automatic renewal. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. The model and duration determine the displayed credit cost; 480p and 720p cost the same within each model and duration. Credits are reserved when you submit a film and returned on a confirmed failure or rejected request. Credits are account-bound, not cash, and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash except under the refund policy or applicable law. Credits have no scheduled expiry while the service operates.

Delivery

Allow up to 48 hours for manual review and generation. A request that cannot be completed is investigated or credited back; ambiguous provider submissions are reconciled before retrying to prevent duplicate charges. Download approved films from My films within 72 hours. You are responsible for saving a copy during that window.

Preview and test mode

Before public purchasing opens, visitors can view examples and sign in. Owner-only sandbox payments are tests and are not real purchases. Test credits are separate from production credits.

Misuse and support

We may reject requests or suspend access for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy, fraud or abuse. Please contact us about failures or quality issues. Our Refund Policy applies; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. Changes to these terms will be posted with an updated date.
